"Africa" - a tabby cat from UK - has a novel way of getting around. In one of the most heartbreaking (but uplifting) pet-related stories we’ve ever seen, a disabled cat - "Africa" - gets a new lease on life via a custom-made set of wheels which allow him full mobility.

In one of the most heartbreaking (but uplifting) pet-related stories we’ve ever seen, a disabled cat gets a new lease on life via a custom-made set of wheels which allow him full mobility. The cat, whose name is "Africa," was injured as a kitten and lost the use of its back legs. Luckily, he was adopted by a UK couple Judy and Alan Knowles, who gave him a specially-made pair of wheels attached to a harness. They also built ramps throughout their home so Africa could get around on his own. According to Judy, it’s rewarding to have a special needs cat like Africa. “He’s just so loving, affectionate,” she said. “He repays us a hundred-fold. Whatever we do for him, he repays us many times over. We wouldn’t be without him for the world.”
